The French Riveria witnesses another annual Cannes International films festival. It is the 71st since its inception and is scheduled to hold from May 8th-19th 2018. Known to screen movies and play host to elite movie stars from all parts world, CIFF red carpet looks are always a beautiful mix of ethnicity and sophistication.
