    African print designed by French worn by Indian is all shades of Iconic!

    It’s been a fun but hectic kind of day in Lagos and scrolling my device i discovered an Iconic picture on Instagram. The sheer pleasure of seeing an Indian dressed in Ankara designed by French is my definition of Iconic. Popular Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone recently uploaded photos from a Dior photo shoot and we can’t help but stan! She donned an Ankara print dress by from Dior’s SS20 collection.     In terms of Arts and Aesthetics, it is a fulfilling time to be an African. Blacks in diaspora are constantly tilting towards identifying with their roots in terms of lifestyle, entertainment and values. If we are to go by Ciara Princess Harris’s previous style choices and collaboration with Nigerian artiste Tekno. The American singer and dancer is giving cool vibes of being an avid pioneer of appreciating African culture. Her recent digital cover by Essence magazine shows photo shoots of her donning pieces from Nigerian Fashion designers collections.     Late Princess Diana’s workout sweater auctioned and sold for N19.2million!

    A 20 year unwashed workout sweat of the late Princess of Wales recently auctioned and sold for a whooping sum of USD 53,532 which translates to N19,271,520 in California. The sweat shirt was gifted to the late princess by founder of Virgin Group Sir Richard Branson.
