(Contraindications) ❌ Pregnancy or breastfeeding ❌ Active skin conditions: cystic acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or rosacea flare-ups ❌ Open wounds, sunburn, or active bacterial/viral skin infections ❌ Recent chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, or waxing (within 2-3 weeks) ❌ Accutane use within the last 6–12 months ❌ Severe allergies or sensitivity to chemical exfoliants (e.g., salicylic acid, TCA) Pre-Treatment Guidelines 📌 Discontinue retinoids, retinol, AHA/BHA acids, benzoyl peroxide, and exfoliating scrubs for 5–7 days before treatment. 📌 Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least 2 week prior. 📌 Do not undergo waxing or other exfoliating treatments before your session. 📌 Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin (no SPF, serums, or oils). 📌 Hydrate well in the days leading up to your treatment.
